What lights me up the most in this world is being able to help flip someones perspective. Nutrition & training is often viewed as this impossible feat, but it's not. Being 1% better every day is all it takes. Focus on the wins and learn from the losses.
I believe in honesty, discipline & accountability. And this looks different for each person and their goals. Any step forward is a step in the right direction.
